Petty 80mm san maiThis Petty (Japanese paring knife) feature a short and thick blade with a nimble tip and a distal taper. Shop made san ma with 135Cr3 core steel and XC15 soft steel cladding. Forged to shape and to geometry the bevels are ground on belt with an etched finish. The handle is made with English Oak. This model is much thicker than usual
